2001-2004 Mercedes C-Class (C200/C320) Service Light Reset

- Stick the key in and turn it to position 2
- Next, show your MILLAGE screen. To do that is you need to press those little ❏ button on the steering wheel
- Then use the ▲up or ▼ down arrows on the left side to bring that to the SERVICE reminder
- Once you get there, you want to press the RESET knob on the dash, and you want to keep it pressed in for a few seconds until you get a message asking you to confirm
- If you want to reset it and confirm it, you just keep that pressed in again for a few seconds so that will get rid of your service message, and you’re done
2005-2007 Mercedes C-Class (C280/C350) Oil Reset

This section will reset the service light on a facelift Mercedes-Benz W203. This will work on your C230, C240, C280, C320, and C350, which fall within the year range of 2005 up to 2007. So the way you do this is:
- Turn the ignition key to position 1
The first thing that you need to do is put the key and turn it to position 1
- Go to the TOTAL MILLAGE screen
Then you need to make sure you’re on the Mileage screen. If you’re not on the mileage, press the ❏ button on the steering until you go to that screen
- Press the RESET knob three times
Once you find the mileage screen, you need to press the RESET knob on the dash three times quickly
- Turn the key to position 2
Once you do that, the battery voltage will be displayed and next, we need to turn the key to the second position
- Find the SERVICE minder
Now you go with the ▲or▼ buttons on the steering until the SERVICE reminder is displayed
- Press the RESET knob
Ok right there, what you need to do now is press the RESET knob on the dash one time
- Select the oil type
Now you need to select your oil type. You can adjust what kind of oil it was used by using the + and – button on the right side of the steering wheel
- Scroll to CONFIRM OIL RESET screen
After that, you need to press the ▲ up or ▼ down button until you reach the Confirm Oil Reset screen
- Press and hold the RESET knob
Finally, hold down the RESET knob for 3 seconds and you’re done
