Boss expands its famous ME series multi-effects family with the ME-20, a powerful multi-effects unit optimized for live performance. With the same performance-based design as its guitar-focused ME-20 counterpart, the Boss ME-20B effect pedal is aimed at the performing bassist who wants stage-friendly effects and solid construction at an affordable price. It’s based around a trio of basic effect types – overdrive/ distortion, modulation and delay – which are accessed via their own small footswitch sited at the front of the panel. This pedal also has some features such as 24-bit programmable digital multi-FX with onboard expression pedal. The FX types with four controllable parameters for each, EZ Edit function, OD/DS Solo function, noise supressor.

According to several user reviews of Boss ME-20B, this pedals gets some compliments such easy to use pedal; EZ Edit and Solo functions; Great price. But it also gets some complaints such no-modelling; Optional extras can quickly raise cost for live set-up; and AC adapter not included.
