How To Reset Opel Vauxhall Grandland X Service Light (2018-2020) – The Opel Grandland X is an SUV of the German car manufacturer Opel. The vehicle was presented in mid-April 2017, its public premiere was at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt am Main in September 2017. The SUV was developed and built together with the second generation of the Peugeot 3008.
Both models are being built at the PSA plant in Sochaux, France. From mid-2019, the Grandland X is also to be produced in Eisenach, Thuringia. In the United Kingdom, the Grandland X is sold under the Vauxhall brand.
How To Reset Opel Vauxhall Grandland X Service Light (2018-2020)
Time needed: 7 minutes
When the next service is due, the Service minder or Spanner light will appear on the display. The service indicator must be reset after performed the maintenance service on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Service Minder light on your Opel Vauxhall Grandland X:
- Turn OFF the ignition
Make sure your vehicle is stopped completely
- Press and hold the CHECK button
The button is located on the instrument cluster
- Turn ON the ignition but don’t start the engine; the distance recorder display begins a countdown
Countdown from 10 will appears on the display
- Continue to hold down the button until “0” MILES appears on the display and the maintenance light turns off
Release the button when the display indicates “=0”
- Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
