How to Reset Engine Oil Light on a Chevy Astro – Chevrolet Astro was a rear-wheel drive minivan manufactured by Chevrolet in 1985 to compete directly with the Dodge Caravan / Plymouth Voyager (in Spain marketed as Chrysler Voyager) and the Toyota Van. The GMC Safari shared the same platform as the Astro. In addition to being used to transport people, the Astro were available as cargo vans.

The two Safaris, from Pontiac and GMC, were together in the market (they were later sold in the same dealerships) between 1985 and 1989.
