Acura NSX Service Light Oil Life Indicator Reset (2016-2020) – The third generation of the Honda NSX is a mid-engined hybrid sports car developed by Japanese automaker Honda, which is designed and manufactured in Marysville, Ohio, in the United States. The powertrain is manufactured in Anna (Ohio). Every year, about 1500 vehicles are to be produced. In North America and China, the vehicle is sold under the brand name Acura.

If your vehicle has maintenance items due within 30 days, the Maintenance Due message will appear on the display. The maintenance minder information display must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the maintenance light on your Acura NSX:

Close all door and turn the ignition key to position “ON” (II) without starting the engine
If your vehicle has a Smart key button, press the “Start” button twice without touching the brake pedal.
Find VEHICLE SETTINGS menu by using Right Selector Wheel, and then press the button to select it
The button is located on the steering wheel
Scroll to MAINTENANCE INFO
Press the Right Selector Wheel to enter the menu
Select RESET by using the right selector wheel
The maintenance items will disappear, and the engine oil life displays back to 100%.
Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
Done!
