2019-2020 Honda Passport Maintenance Due Minder Oil Life Light Reset – The Honda Passport was originally a sport utility or medium SUV manufactured by Isuzu since 1989 and manufactured for Honda since 1994. Honda Passport is an SUV that is another version of Isuzu Rodeo. Released by Honda in the United States to enter the SUV in the US market that is growing in the 1990s. The Honda Passport was one of the products of Isuzu and Honda’s collaboration in the 1990s.

Since 2018, the Honda Passport is marketed again. The difference between the first and second-generation models has achieved a revival for the first time in 16 years due to Honda’s own development. First publicized at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2018, this model fills the gap between the CR-V and the Pilot. The five-seater Passport is made at the Honda plant in Lincoln, Alabama, along with Pilot, Ridgeline, and Odyssey models. Sales began in early 2019.

2019-2020 Honda Passport Maintenance Due Minder Oil Life Light Reset

Time needed: 7 minutes

If your vehicle has maintenance items due within 30 days, the Maintenance Due message will appear on the display. The service interval must be reset after performed the maintenance service on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Maintenance Due warning light on your Honda Passport:

  1. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the POWER button twice without touching the brake pedal

  2. Press the HOME button to enter the main menu

    The button is located on the steering wheel

  3. Go to [wp-svg-icons icon=”wrench” wrap=”i”] MAINTENANCE menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button

    Press the ENTER button to select menu

  4. Scroll down and select OIL LIFE menu

    Press the ENTER button to select menu

  5. When you are on the Oil Life screen, press and hold the ENTER button to enter the reset mode

    Press the ENTER button for about 10 seconds

  6. Scroll down and select a maintenance item to reset, or to select All Due Items

    Press the ENTER button to reset the selected item

  7. Repeat the procedure for other items you wish to reset

    Done!
