2020 Jeep Gladiator Oil Change Required Warning Light Reset – Tens of years were absent from producing pickup, bringing new euphoria to the Jeep brand. Jeep Gladiator is divided into five variants, with different features. Namely Sport, Sport S, Overland, Rubicon and finally the most luxurious Launch Edition.

Sports Series to Overland, not intended to bulldoze the offroad terrain that is too heavy. Launch Edition Series, is a limited variant. The base is the same as Rubicon, but with a myriad of additional features. For machines, there is no differentiation between trim levels. All rely on the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine which is embedded behind its 7-line grille.

2020 Jeep Gladiator Oil Change Required Warning Light Reset

Time needed: 3 minutes

When engine oil needs to replace, Oil Change Required or Change Oil message will appear on the display. The engine oil life system must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Oil Change Required Light on your Jeep Gladiator:

  1. Stop the vehicle and turn the ignition switch to the RUN position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the ENGINE START STOP button twice without touching the brake pedal

  2. Go to VEHICLE INFO menu by using the NAVIGATION button

    The button is located on the steering wheel

  3. Find the REMAINING OIL LIFE

    find the menu by using the NAVIGATION button

  4. Press and hold the OK button until the “Oil Life” display changes to 100 percent.

    .

  5. Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

    Done!

Method 2:

The oil life system can also be reset as follows:

  • Turn the ignition key to position “RUN” without starting the engine, If your vehicle has a Smart key button, press the “Start” button twice without touching the brake pedal.
  • fully depress the GAS PEDAL slowly three times within 10 seconds
  • Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
