To turning off the Oil Change Maintenance Reqd Light on 2016 2017 2018 2019 Toyota Tacoma, conform to the following instructions:
Turn the ignition switch to the “On” position, but do not start the engine
Press the odometer button until you see Trip A on the little screen
Next, turn the ignition “off”
Press and hold the Trip Odometer Reset button, and turn the ignition switch to the “On” position
Continue to hold down the Trip Odometer Reset button until “000000” MILES appears on the display and the maintenance light turns off.
For Tacoma With a color display:
Turn the ignition key to position “ON” (II) without starting the engine, If your vehicle has a Smart key button, press the “Start” button twice without touching the brake pedal.
Select on the multi-information display using the navigation button (located on the steering wheel)
Scroll down and highlight “MAINTENANCE RESET” and then press OK button
When a confirmation dialog appears, select “YES” and then press OK button
