2015-2020 Subaru WRX Maintenance Minder Engine Oil Light Reset – High-performance Subaru Impreza is WRX which is very popular in the World Rally Championship (WRC). Since June 2014, the Subaru WRX returns with the fourth generation of the Impreza but in a different form.

When maintenance service is due, a Maintenance minder will appear on the display. The maintenance minder information display must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Maintenance Minder light on your Subaru WRX:
- Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the Engine Start/Stop button twice without touching the brake pedal
- Go to Setting Screen
Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly until you see “Press and hold the Enter button to access Settings Screen.”
- If you are already on the screen, press and hold the ENTER button for several seconds
The button is located on the center console
- Scroll down to MAINTENANCE menu
Press the ENTER button to select
- Select the maintenance item you want to reset (i.e. Engine Oil, Oil Filter, or Maintenance Schedule)
This menu lets you set a reminder at a specific interval
- Select SET to exit settings
If you have finished setting the date and distance of the reminder, select SET to exit
- Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
Done!
Note: Reset mode only available on models with the multi-information display.
