How To Reset Lexus LC Tire Pressure System TPMS Light (2018-2021) – The Lexus LC is a sports car from the Japanese premium Toyota brand Lexus. Lexus LC500 takes over the 351 kW (477 hp) five-liter V8 petrol engine from the RC F and GS F and will be the first series vehicle in the world to use a 10-speed automatic transmission.

At the Geneva Motor Show 2016, Lexus showed the LC 500h with a 264 kW (359 PS) hybrid drive. Both variants have been sold since June 2017 at prices starting at 99,200 euros. In April 2020, Lexus presented a slightly revised version of the LC.

How To Reset Lexus LC 500H or LC500 Tire Pressure System TPMS Light

Time needed: 7 minutes

Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) or also known as TPWS on Lexus cars is a system that provides a real tire pressure report to the driver. If the TPMS warning light appears on your 2018 2019 2020 2021 Lexus LC 500H or LC500, it is necessary to reset the TPMS. Follow these steps to do it:

  1. Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine

    Tire pressure reset process cannot be done while the vehicle is moving.

  2. Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

  3. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the ENGINE START/STOP button twice without touching the brake pedal

  4. Go to [wp-svg-icons icon=”cog-2″ wrap=”i”] menu by using the ◄ ► navigation button

  5. Scroll and select the VEHICLE SETTINGS menu

    Press and hold the OK button to enter the menu

  6. Select TPWS SET

    Press the OK button to select

  7. Select SET PRESSURE

    Press the OK button to select

  8. Press and hold the OK button until the TPMS indicator blinks 3 times

    “—” will appears on the screen for the inflation pressure of each tire while the reset process is being performed.

  9. Run and drive your car

    TPMS calibration process will complete after 30 minutes driving between 25 mph (40 km/h).
