It’s worth noting that the method you use will be determined by the year and type of your car (1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005).
Time needed: 3 minutes
In this section, I will show you how to reset the oil service light or change your oil soon, minder. It’s something that you do; this is for a 2000-2005 Buick LeSabre with a 3.8 engine. So let’s see how it’s done.
The first thing you want to do is turn your key to the on position
Then we’re going to go over here to the instrument cluster. Starting at the mileage trip screen use the GAGE INFO button to display the OIL LIFE INDEX
Once it is displayed press and hold the RESET button until the oil life returns to 100%
So that has completed your oil life reset on your Buick LeSabre. If you found this post helpful, be sure to drop a like or leave a comment. I enjoy hearing from everyone; check my site out. I appreciate it if you do and I’ll see you at the next one. Cheers folks!
