Whenever tire pressure is adjusted, change a tire, or get it rotated you must carry out the TPMS reset procedure. Depending on the vehicle model year you have, here are a few ways to reset the TPMS on Ford EcoSport:

2013-2017 Models

Time needed: 7 minutes

If your vehicle is the 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 model years, you can reset the TPMS via the infotainment display by using the display controls on the audio unit. Follow these steps to do it:

  1. Park your vehicle

    Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine

  2. Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

  3. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the START/STOP button once without touching the brake pedal

  4. Press MENU button to enter the main menu

    Use the navigation button to scroll and press OK to select

  6. Select DRIVER ASSIST

  7. Select TYRE MONITOR

2018-2021 Models

For the 2018 2019 2020 2021 model year, you can reset the TPMS through the cluster display. Depending on your vehicle trim level, there are 2 ways to do this. Follow these steps to do it:

With 4.2” Display

  • Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine
  • Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard
  • Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
  • Go to the SETTINGS menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button

  • Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”list-2″ wrap=”i”] menu button to display the submenu
  • Scroll down and select INFORMATION
  • Select TYRE PRESSURE
  • Press and hold the OK button until a confirmation message appear on the screen

With 2.3” Display

  • Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine
  • Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard
  • Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
  • Go to the TIRE PRESSURE menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button on the steering wheel
  • Press and hold the OK button until a confirmation message appear on the screen
