When engine oil needs to replace, an Engine Oil light will appear on the display. The oil change interval must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Engine Oil Light on your Renault Sandero:

Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the Engine Start/Stop button without touching the brake pedal
Fully depress the accelerator pedal
Make sure to depress the GAS pedal
With your foot on the accelerator, depress the brake pedal three times
Depress the brake pedal three times within 10 seconds
Turn OFF the ignition and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
Done!

Note: Repeat the process, if message illuminates when you start the engine.
