How To Reset Lexus UX200 UX250h Tire Pressure System TPMS Light (2019-2021) – The Lexus UX is a crossover in the L-segment of the Japanese car manufacturer Lexus, Toyota’s luxury division. The model was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show on March 6, 2018.

The name UX is an abbreviation for Urban eXplorer. The model is positioned under the Lexus NX in the model range. It is also the first Lexus car model to be built on the TNGA-C platform, on which the Toyota Corolla E21 and Toyota Pruis XW50 are even built.

How To Reset Lexus UX200 UX250h Tire Pressure System TPMS Light (2019-2021)

Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) or also known as TPWS on Lexus cars is a system that provides a real tire pressure report to the driver. If the TPMS warning light appears on your 2019 2020 2021 Lexus UX200 or UX250h, it is necessary to reset the TPMS. Follow these steps to do it:

  1. Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine

    Tire pressure reset process cannot be done while the vehicle is moving.

  2. Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

  3. Start the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the brake pedal and then press the ENGINE START/STOP button

  4. Go to [wp-svg-icons icon=”cog-2″ wrap=”i”] menu by using the ◄ ► navigation button

  5. Scroll and select the VEHICLE SETTINGS menu

    Press and hold the OK button to enter the menu

  6. Select TPWS

    Press the OK button to select

  7. Select SET PRESSURE

    Press the OK button to select

  8. Press and hold the OK button until the TPMS indicator blinks 3 times

    “—” will appears on the screen for the inflation pressure of each tire while the reset process is being performed.

  9. Run and drive your car

    TPMS calibration process will complete after 30 minutes driving between 25 mph (40 km/h).
