How To Reset Nissan Armada Maintenance Minder Oil Light (2017-2020) – The Nissan Armada is an SUV sold in the United States by the Japanese manufacturer Nissan. It is bigger than a Nissan Pathfinder or an Audi Q7. Like the Nissan Patrol, the second generation presented in 2016 is produced in Yukuhashi, Japan.

The second-generation SUV presented Nissan in February 2016 at the Chicago Auto Show. In North America, the vehicle is sold since August 2016. The platform shares the second generation with the Nissan Patrol and the Infiniti QX80. Like the predecessor model, the SUV is again offered with rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The Armada is powered by the 5.6-liter V8 gasoline engine, which provides 291 kW (396 hp) in the new generation.

How To Reset Nissan Armada Maintenance Minder Oil Light (2017-2020)

Time needed: 7 minutes

When engine oil service is due, maintenance message and the distance to oil change information will appear on the display. The engine oil change interval must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the maintenance light on your Nissan Armada:

  1. Turn the ignition key to ON position without starting the engine

    If your car has a Smart key button, press the “Start” button twice without touching the brake pedal.

  2. Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”copy” wrap=”i”] button until you see the “SETTING” screen

    The button is located on the instrument cluster

  3. Scroll to the MAINTENANCE menu by using the [wp-svg-icons icon=”radio-checked” wrap=”i”] button

    Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”copy” wrap=”i”] button to enter the menu

  4. Scroll to the OIL menu

    Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”copy” wrap=”i”] button to enter the menu

  5. Highlight the RESET option

    Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”copy” wrap=”i”] button to enter the menu

  6. Finally, select the mileage by pressing the [wp-svg-icons icon=”radio-checked” wrap=”i”] button once and then press [wp-svg-icons icon=”copy” wrap=”i”] to reset

    Done!
