2018-2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Maintenance Required Light Reset – The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is a compact SUV of the Japanese carmaker Mitsubishi Motors. He premiered at the 87th Geneva Motor Show, he came to the dealers on January 27, 2018. The Eclipse Cross positions itself between the ASX and the Outlander. The name comes from the 1990 to 2012 built Eclipse sports car.

The infotainment system includes a free-standing screen above the center console; it is operated via a touchpad. In addition, smartphones can be paired using Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Optionally, a head-up display is available. The drive is a petrol and a diesel engine to choose from. The 1.5-liter gasoline engine with a turbocharger is available with either a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission. The 2.2-liter turbo diesel is only available with 8-speed automatic transmission.

When Routine Maintenance Required minder appears on the display. this informs you that a periodic inspection is due. The maintenance minder information display must be reset after performed the maintenance service on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Maintenance Minder light on your Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross:

  1. Make sure the vehicle is completely stopped

    Turn OFF the ignition

  2. Press the UP or DOWN button repeatedly until [wp-svg-icons icon=”wrench” wrap=”i”] appears on the display

    The button is located on the control panel

  3. Press and hold the [wp-svg-icons icon=”newspaper” wrap=”i”] button until [wp-svg-icons icon=”wrench” wrap=”i”] blinks

    Release the button when the [wp-svg-icons icon=”wrench” wrap=”i”] starts flashing

  4. Press the INFO button again until “CLEAR” is displayed on the display.

    After this, the time until the next periodic inspection will be displayed.

  5. Start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
