2006-2010 Pontiac Solstice Change Oil Minder Oil Life Light Reset – The Pontiac Solstice is a compact convertible roadster from the Pontiac division of the General Motors group. Since its introduction to the Los Angeles Motor Show in 2002, the Solstice was desired by many Americans. It began production in 2006 in the city of Wilmington, Delaware, USA, where are also produced its close relatives as the Opel GT and Saturn Sky.
From its initial design as a concept were made some changes, like the lanterns, before narrower; wheels hoop 18, before 19 in front and 20 behind; brake lights and bumpers. The rear traction was maintained, making it’s driving more sporting. Solstice uses the GM Kappa platform, also used in Opel GT and Saturn Sky. The Solstice has two types of engines, a four-cylinder inline, 2.0-liter and 132-horsepower and a four-cylinder inline, 2.4-liter and 177-horsepower.

When the remaining oil life is low, the Change Engine Oil minder will appear on the display. The Oil Life display must be reset after each oil change. Follow the instructions below to reset the engine oil life system on your Pontiac Solstice:
Don’t start the engine!
The button is located on the steering wheel
Press the INFO button briefly to scroll
Press and hold the ⏎ button until the cluster shows ACKNOWLEDGED and Oil Life display changes to 100 percent
Done!
