So If your car is telling you Service due or Inspection now and you want to reset that, well, I’m not going to waste your time at all. I’m going to tell you right now that if you’re trying to do it at home, you can do it ad you don’t need a freaking scan tool to do it. So today I’ll show you how to do that.

For your info, this operation work for the fourth generation/T4 of the VW Transporter (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 model years).
Time needed: 3 minutes
So we have VW Transporter T4 and the oil service light was needs to reset. So the procedure is actually a manual procedure and you do it through these two buttons on the dash.
The first thing you should do is turn off your vehicle
Then press and hold the TRIP button in on the dash and then switch the ignition on
After that, release the TRIP button and then turn the CLOCK button clockwise and that’s it are you done
To reset the inspection or INSP light we will do the same procedure, but with a slightly different touch.
