My second hand 2016 Tacoma has NOT been showing the TPMS light since I got it. When I turn on the ignition there is no yellow TPMS light visible. Neither is there a button below the dash to the right of the hood-lift latch. The is an opening where the reset button on all the videoβs that Iβve watched would be β but it does not have a button β just a recessed compartment? does anyone know if there were models with no TPMS installed? (from what Iβve read this was a requirement on all vehicles before 2016?) Iβm confused.
I have a 2020 Tacoma and I held the TPMS button down for 5-10 seconds and it never blinked or dtappeared
