Roland FR8X Digital V Accordion Factory All Reset

Roland is proud to announce the FR 8x (piano-type) and FR-8xb (button-type) V-Accordions, the new flagship models in the company’s acclaimed digital accordion lineup. This is the newest model preceding the popular Roland FR-7X V Accordion. V-Accordions are manufactured in Italy by Roland Europe, in Acquaviva Picena in the Marche region. This factory is part of the Roland Corporation group, whose headquarters are located in Japan.

Both models are filled with all-new features and enhancements developed through requests from professional accordionists, including Dynamic Bellows Behavior technology, on-board battery charging, new sounds and effects, a built-in looper, and many others. In addition to a full selection of traditional accordion sounds from around the world, the FR8x and FR8xb are equipped with over 180 orchestra and percussion sounds, plus world-class Virtual Tone Wheel organs.

Factory Reset:

To restoring the Roland FR8X to it’s factory settings press and hold the [EXIT/JUMP] button. When a pop-up window appears, select group “15” (Utility) by using the right hand registers (press  register [10], then register [5]). Next, press  register [10], then register [2] to select “FACTORY ALL RESET” page parameter. Press the [MENU/WRITE] button to execute the function. When a message appears on the display, rotate the [DATA/ENTER] knob to select “YES” and push it to start the Factory Reset operation.

Warning! When you execute “Factory Reset”, all stored settings will be erased and returned to the factory settings. Be sure that you want to do this.
