Press [MENU/SET] button

my Panasonic DMC-TZ70camera will not video so I think my modes must be all mixed up I wanted to reset to factory settings to get it all straight again but when I go into MENU SET then SET UP it only gives me clock set- world time-airplane mode-beep-composition guide,language I do not see RESET anywhere, how do I find the reset button???
