Canon has just released a new digital camera, the PowerShot SX700 HS super-zoom. This camera does have a super zoom. PowerShot SX700 HS super-zoom offers a 30x optical zoom or around the range of 25 mm to 750 mm. Use frills “HS” in the name is a reference to the 16.1 MP High Sensitivity CMOS sensor, which works together with the latest DIGIC6 image processor from Canon. Not to forget, there is the Canon Intelligent IS (image stabilization) technology that helps photographers get the best picture, in all conditions.
The camera features a dedicated movie button for high quality video recording 1080p / 60p. The function of ‘Auto mode Hybrid’ allows users to shoot up to 4 seconds of video each time a shot is taken. Images and videos can then be woven together to create an impressive highlight reel, 720p quality. Creative Shot mode allows selecting different filters such as Retro, Monochrome, Special, and Natural.
To share data, the PowerShot SX700 HS digital camera does not have WiFi connectivity, the ability to “Pairing” is quite simple with the inclusion of Mobile Device Connect Button.
