Factory Reset:

  1. Turn ON your Canon PowerShot G7 X
  2. Press [MENU] button
  3. Press the right arrow once to highlight the “Tools” tab
  4. Select [Reset All] and then press the [Set] button
  5. When the display ask you “Reset settings to default?” turn turn the dial to choose [OK] and then press the [Set] button
