Factory Reset:

  1. Holding the [ASSIGN] button while simultaneously press the [8], [9], and [0] buttons.
  2. Release the [ASSIGN] push-button again. The LED of the ASSIGN push-button stays on.
  3. Press the [ENTER] button.
