The tyre pressure system must be initialized after an adjustment to the pressure of tyres, and after changing one or more wheels. Depending on your vehicle model year, here are a few ways to reset the tyre under-inflation detection system on Peugeot 5008:
With Monochrome Screen
- Stop the vehicle and adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard
- Turn ON the ignition without starting the engine
- Press the MENU button at the bottom of the audio display
- Go to the CONFIGURATION menu by using the ⏪ or ⏩ button
- Press the OK button to enter the menu
- Select the Define The Vehicle Parameters
- Select the Driving Assistance
- Select the Tyre Inflation
- Select the Reinitialisation
- When a confirmation message appears, select YES to execute the TPMS reset
With Touch Screen
- Make sure you have adjusted the tyre pressure recommended on the tire placard
- Turn ON the ignition without starting the engine
- Press the DRIVING / VEHICLE button
- Select Under-inflation initialisation
- Select Yes to execute the tyre pressure reset
