How To Reset Chrysler Sebring Oil Change Required Light (2007-2010) – The Sebring is a car built by Chrysler. Since 2010, it is replaced in North America and in the UK by the Chrysler 200, and was rebadged Lancia Flavia in Europe. It is manufactured since 1995 when it was only available in Coupé, based on the Chrysler JA platform.

The car is named after the famous racing circuit of Sebring, Florida which takes place every year an endurance race, the 12 Hours of Sebring. The line was inspired by the 1970 Plymouth Satellite The platform used was that of the Mitsubishi Eclipse. Latest coupé whose production stopped in 2005 to make way for the sedan and convertible.

How To Reset Chrysler Sebring Oil Change Required Light (2007-2010)

Time needed: 7 minutes

When engine oil needs to replace, Oil Change Required or Change Oil message will appear on the display. The engine oil life system must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Oil Change Due Light on your Chrysler Sebring:

  1. Stop the vehicle and turn the ignition switch to the RUN position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the ENGINE START STOP button twice without touching the brake pedal

  2. Fully depress the GAS PEDAL slowly three times within 10 seconds

    Make sure to depress the pedal all the way down

  3. Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

    Repeat this procedure, if the message still illuminates when you start the engine.
