Reset Procedure: Zoom G5 Multi Effects Pedal

Last Updated on June 20, 2022 by Nick

The Zoom G5 builds on the success of its predecessor, the G3, to offer an unparalleled array of effects, amp models and cool additional features like a built-in looper. The G5 combines the ease of a stompbox pedalboard and the power of a multi-effects pedal and USB audio interface, along with an extra LCD display/footswitch interface, Tube Booster, 3D Z-pedal and additional amp models and effects.  In essence, it provides 297 different pedalboards in one solid unit. Owing to having an entire screen and three control knobs dedicated to each effect, editing effects is nearly as simple as it is on any ordinary stomp box.

According to several user reviews of Zoom G5 Multi-fx pedal, some users have praised it for the ability to assign any effect to each footswitch; Excellent sound quality; Wide selection of amps, stompboxes and effects; fairly compact size. But some users also have complained for the tube booster can’t be recorded via USB; Changing patches could be simpler; can’t Rename Banks.
