Novation has a wide range of controllers in its range, from the diminutive and simple Nocturn, through to the flagship Remote SL. Impulse is the name of the latest USB MIDI controller keyboard range from Novation. There are three models: the Impulse 25, 49 and 61 and, as you’ve already guessed, the numbers refer to how many keys each model has. The Novation Impulse 61 USB MIDI controller gives you everything you need to control your DAW with expression and precision. You get full DAW/plug-in control via 9 faders, 8 rotarys, 8 backlit performance pads, an army of dedicated/assignable buttons and transport controls, and an LCD screen to keep you status-savvy.

Factory Reset:

To restoring Novation Impulse to it’s factory settings, first power ON while simultaneously holding the [+, -] and [Shift] buttons to enter Boot menu. Select “FAC RST” paramenter by pressing the [+] button three times and then press the [ENTER] button. A confirmation screen “Really?” will appears, to execute the factory reset, press [ENTER] button again.
