How Do I Reset My Honda HR-V Tire Pressure TPMS Light (2016-2020) – The Honda HR-V is an SUV in the compact class of the Japanese car group Honda. The second generation of the HR-V was produced from 2015 and is based on the Honda Jazz platform. The concept of a variable rear seat was also adopted from the Jazz.

The HR-V is being built in Mexico. The choice of engines consists of a 1.5-liter VTEC engine with 96 kW (130 hp) and a 1.6-liter diesel engine with 88 kW (120 hp). There is a six-speed transmission and a CVT. A four-wheel drive has not yet been available in Europe.

How Do I Reset My Honda HR-V Tire Pressure TPMS Light (2016-2020)

Do you get a warning light after changing a tire or TPMS sensor on your 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 Honda HR-V? If so, you need to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) on your car. Depending on the vehicle trim model you have, here are a few ways to reset the TPMS.

  1. Stop the vehicle

    Turn off the engine

  2. Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

  3. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the POWER button twice without touching the brake pedal

  4. Go to VEHICLE SETTINGS menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button and then press the SEL/RESET button to enter

  5. Select TPMS CALIBRATION

    Press the SEL/RESET button to select the menu

  6. Select CALIBRATE

    Use the the ▲▼ navigation button to scroll, and the SEL/RESET button to select

With TPMS Button

If your vehicle is equipped with a TPMS SET button, please press and hold the button until the TPMS indicator blinks twice after adjusting the cold tire pressure on all four tires recommended on the tire placard. The button is located on the left side of the steering wheel.

TPMS calibration process will complete after 30 minutes driving between 30-60 mph (48-97 km/h). It will finish automatically.
