2015-2020 Renault Espace Service Required Minder Oil Light Reset – The Renault Espace V is the fifth generation of the Espace model from Renault and was presented on September 25, 2014, at the Mondial de l’Automobile. The fifth generation of the Espace was revised for the 2020 model year.

When engine oil needs to replace, a spanner light with a service minder message will appear on the display. The oil change interval must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Service Required Light on your Renault Espace:
- Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the Engine Start/Stop button without touching the brake pedal
- Press the UP or DOWN navigation button repeatedly until Service Interval appears on the display
The button is located on the steering wheel
- Press and hold the OK button to display the mileage before service
Press the OK button for approximately 5 seconds
- Press & hold the OK button again until Service Interval flashing
Press and hold the OK button again for approximately 10 seconds
- Keep holding the button until the new Service Interval appears on the display
Release the button when the display stops flashing
- Turn the ignition to off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

Oil Change Interval Reset:
If a service is performed without changing the engine oil, only the service interval should be reset. In the event of an oil change, both the service interval and the oil change interval should be reset! Follow the steps below to reset the Oil Change Interval:
- Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
- Press the UP or DOWN navigation button repeatedly until Service Interval appears on the display
- Press and hold the OK button to display the mileage before service
- Press the UP or DOWN navigation button to view the mileage before the next oil change
- Press & hold the OK button again until Oil Change Interval flashing
- Keep holding the button until the new Oil Change Interval appears on the display
- Turn the ignition to off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
