Performing a Reset System Parameter in TC Electronic M-One XL

Last Updated on June 20, 2022 by Nick

One major accomplishment of TC Electronic has been the development of affordable high-quality products. The M-One XL exemplifies that concept. It is a reverb with a level of quality that rivals competitors that cost much more. The majority of the new machine’s physical form and signal processing structure identical with M-One. What you get with the M-One XL is 25 different algorithms – enhanced reverbs, delay, fantastic dynamics, pitch and classic “golden ratio” chorus and tremolo – and hardware that consists of full resolution 24 bit A/D and D/A converters with 24 bit internal processing driven by a powerful 100 million instruction per second DSP engine. The only obvious physical changes are the new M-One XL badge and the XLR analogue I/O in place of the original’s TRS sockets. A menu option lets you feed the left input to both channels — previously done by automatic switching on the TRS sockets.

According to several M-One XL reviewers, some users have praised it for the Easy to use; Great sounding; the high performance hardware for a very affordable price; Digital I/O. Also, some users have complained it for the FX Output mode cuts effect abruptly.
