From the main menu select VEHICLE INFO
Select VEHICLE STATUS
Select PERFORM RESET

Select PERFORM RESET again to start the initialization

2018-2022 Models (F60)

Just like the previous model, you can reset the TPMS via the Central Information Display but in a different menu. Here’s how to do it:

Make sure to adjust the tire pressure recommended on the tire placard
Start the engine
From the main menu select MY MINI
Select VEHICLE STATUS
Select FLAT TIRE MONITOR or TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR

Select PERFORM RESET
Drive the car and the reset process will be complete without any feedback issued

I really appreciate this useful information. I bought my wife a Mini for her 60th birthday. She loves it but I personally think it is an overpriced piece of unintuitive garbage. At least now I can stop the TPMS warning appearing.
