How To Reset Peugeot 607 Service Spanner Indicator Warning Light – The Peugeot 607 is a passenger car model of the French car manufacturer Peugeot, which was manufactured from February 2000 to September 2010. The upper-middle-class vehicle and flagship of the company replaced the Peugeot 605. The Peugeot 607 was presented in October 1999 at the IAA in Frankfurt.
The number “6” of the series points to 1934 at the launch of the Peugeot 601 new inline six-cylinder engine with 2.2-liter displacement and 44 kW (60 hp), which had driven the 601. How To Reset Peugeot 607 Service Spanner Indicator Warning Light
Time needed: 7 minutes
When the next service is due, the Service minder or Spanner light will appear on the display. The service indicator must be reset after performed the maintenance service on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Service Minder light on your Peugeot 607:
- Turn the ignition to the OFF position
Make sure your vehicle is stopped completely
- Press and hold the 000 button
The button is located on the instrument cluster
- Turn ON the ignition but don’t start the engine; the distance recorder display begins a countdown
Countdown from 10 will appears on the display
- Continue to hold down the button until “0” MILES appears on the display and the maintenance light turns off
Release the button when the display indicates “=0”
- Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
