How To Reset Nissan Primastar Service Minder Light – The Primastar is a commercial vehicle that was launched in 2001 and is available as a van or van. This car is replacing the Nissan Vanette Largo / Cargo in Europe in 2002. The Primastar was identical with the Renault Trafic II and the Opel Vivaro A, which had already been built since 2001. All three models were initially manufactured at GM Manufacturing Luton.
Later, the Primastar was produced at Nissan Motor Ibérica in Spain. Time needed: 7 minutes
When engine oil service is due, service message and the distance to oil change information will appear on the display. The engine oil change interval must be reset after performed the maintenance service or change the engine oil on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the service light on your Nissan Primastar:
- Fully depress the accelerator pedal

- Turn the ignition key to the ON position
Do not start the engine!
- Then depress the brake pedal three times within 10 seconds
.
- Turn OFF the ignition
Done!
Note: Repeat the process, if the message illuminates when you start the engine.
