How To Reset Saturn Sky Oil Life Light Change Oil Minder (2007-2010) – The Saturn Sky is an American sport car brand Saturn Corporation. It was introduced in the first quarter of 2006 as a model of the 2007 line and was stopped assembling in July 2009. It is the first sports car of the brand and uses the Kappa platform, shared with the Pontiac Solstice, the Opel GT and the Daewoo G2X. The sky was presented as a prototype at the 2005 Detroit Motor Show, and in its production version at the next edition of the show.

The model was built in Wilmington, Delaware, United States, along with Solstice, G2X, and GT. It has 18-inch wheels, and its engine is an inline four-cylinder 2.4-liter Ecotec LE5 engine, which produces 177 hp (132 kW) of maximum power, as well as a four-cylinder inline 2.0-liter with direct injection and turbocharger of 260 hp (194 kW). It is available with manual and automatic transmissions, both with five gears.

How To Reset Saturn Sky Oil Life Light Change Oil Minder (2007-2010)

Time needed: 7 minutes

When the remaining oil life is low, the Change Engine Oil minder will appear on the display. The Oil Life display must be reset after each oil change. Follow the instructions below to reset the engine oil life system on your Saturn Sky:

Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position
Don’t start the engine!
Go to Personalization Mode by pressing the INFO and ⏎ buttons simultaneously
The button is located on the steering wheel
Scroll to OIL-LIFE RESET menu
Press the INFO button briefly to scroll
Press the ⏎ button for several seconds
Press and hold the ⏎ button until the cluster shows ACKNOWLEDGED and Oil Life display changes to 100 percent
Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset
Done!
