2020-2021 Ford Puma TPMS Tyre Pressure Sensor Light Reset Guide – The new Ford Puma was presented to the public for the first time at the 2019 Amsterdam Motor Show. This vehicle is positioned between EcoSport and Kuga.

Unlike the first Puma, a sporty version based on the Fiesta, the new Puma priority was given to fair use of space, modern technologies and assistance systems, networking, and usability. Like the EcoSport, the model is manufactured by Ford Romania at the Craiova plant.

Whenever tyre pressure is adjusted, change a tyre, or get it rotated you must carry out the TPMS reset procedure. Depending on your vehicle trim level, here are a few ways to reset the TPMS on Ford Puma:

With 4.2” Display

Time needed: 7 minutes

For the 2020 2021 model year, you can reset the TPMS through the cluster display. Follow these steps to do it:

  1. Park your vehicle

    Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine

  2. Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

    The tire placard located on the door panel

  3. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the START/STOP button once without touching the brake pedal

  4. Go to the SETTINGS menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button

    The button is located on the steering wheel

  5. Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”list-2″ wrap=”i”] menu button to display the submenu

    Several options will appears on the display

  6. Go to INFORMATION

    Use the navigation button to scroll and press OK to select

  7. Scroll down and select TIRE MONITOR

    Use the navigation button to scroll

  8. Press and hold the OK button until a confirmation message appear on the screen

    Done!

With 12.3” Display

  • Stop the vehicle and turn off the engine
  • Adjust the cold tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard
  • Turn ON the ignition without starting the engine
  • Press the [wp-svg-icons icon=”list-2″ wrap=”i”] menu button to enter the main menu
  • Go to the SETTINGS menu by using the ▲▼ navigation button and press OK to enter
  • Scroll down and select VEHICLE
  • Select TYRE PRESSURE
  • Press and hold the OK button until a confirmation message appear on the screen
