2011-2013 Models

Time needed: 7 minutes

You’ll need TPMS Relearn Tool to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System in this model. Follow these instructions to get started:

  1. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine

    If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the Engine Start/Stop button without touching the brake pedal

  2. Press the MENU button repeatedly until you see the VEHICLE INFORMATION MENU on the display

  3. Scroll down to the “TIRE PRESSURE” menu

    Use the thumbwheel to scroll down

  4. Press and hold the SET/CLR button to enter the relearn mode

    A confirmation message may appear on the display

  5. Press the SET/CLR button if a confirmation message appears on the screen

    The horn will sound twice and the TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE message will appear on the screen

  6. Start from the driver side front tire, use the TPMS Relearn tool to activate the tpms sensor

  9. Adjust the tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

2014-2017 Models

Like the previous model year, you’ll need TPMS Relearn Tool to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System in this 2014 2015 2016 2017 model years. Follow these steps to do it:

  • Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position without starting the engine
  • Press the ◄ navigation button to access the cluster applications

  • Select INFO
  • Scroll down to the TIRE PRESSURE menu
  • Press and hold the ✓ button until the horn sounds twice to enter the relearn mode
  • Start from the driver side front tire, place the TPMS Relearn Tool against the tire sidewall, near the valve stem. Then press the button to activate the TPMS sensor
  • A horn chirp will confirm that the sensor has been reset
  • Repeat the process for the passenger side front tire, passenger side rear tire, and the driver side rear tire
  • Turn off the ignition after you reset the last tire
  • Adjust the tire pressure in all four tires recommended on the tire placard

2018-2021 Models

Just like the previous model, you’ll need TPMS Relearn Tool to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System in this latest Buick Regal model year. Depending on your vehicle trim level, there are 2 ways to do this. Here’s how to do it:

Base Level Display

  • Turn the ignition to the “ON” position without starting the engine
  • Go to the VEHICLE tab menu by using the ◄ ► navigation button

  • Press and hold the ✓ button until the horn sounds twice to enter the relearn mode
  • Start from the driver side front tire, place the TPMS Relearn Tool against the tire sidewall, near the valve stem. Then press the button to activate the TPMS sensor

  • Repeat the process for the passenger side front tire, passenger side rear tire, and the driver side rear tire

  • Press and holds the ENGINE START/STOP button for 5 seconds without touching the brake pedal
  • Go to the (i) INFORMATION menu by using the ◄ ► navigation button on the steering wheel
