2011-2016 BMW 5-Series Service Minder Oil Light Reset (F10 530i 540i) – F10 is the factory’s internal name for the cars of 5 series, which was produced in January 2010 and sold in Europe from March 2010. He replaced the since mid-2003 produced model E60. The car is 4 cm longer than its predecessor, the wheelbase is 10 cm longer. On April 10, 2010, the Touring combination variant was presented under the internal series designation F11 at the AMI in Leipzig.
Like its predecessor, the F10/F11 was produced in the BMW Plant Dingolfing. The sedan as a long version (F18) was made for China in Shenyang. The 5 Series is similar to the 7 Series (F01/F02 series). The double kidney sits steeply in the sloping front. The interior style elements are present in the 7 Series, such as the arrangement of the navigation screen in towards the driver-oriented cockpit.

If your vehicle has an ignition button, press the START-STOP ENGINE button twice without touching the brake pedal.
The button is located on the instrument cluster
This mode allows you to reset the Engine Oil, Brake Pad or Brake Fluid
Keep press the button until Reset mode is appears
