2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator Change Oil Soon Light Reset – The Aviator is a mid-size sport utility vehicle from Lincoln. With the hit of Lincoln Navigator, Ford decided to develop an aviator based on Ford Explorer. Launched in 2003, the high-end mid-size SUV market has already been inclined to crossover-type SUVs such as Lexus RX, Infinity FX, etc.
In January 2006, the commercial model was announced at the Detroit Auto Show along with its sister model Ford Edge. However, the car name was changed to MKX instead of the Aviator. This is because of the change in Lincoln’s brand strategy, the name of the car is represented by a combination of letters or numbers instead of pet names. Production ended in 2005.
