2000-2005 Saturn L-Series Engine Oil Life Light Reset (LS LW) – The Saturn L-Series is a passenger car model series from the American manufacturer Saturn Corporation, which was manufactured from spring 1999 to mid-2004. After modest sales success and name disputes around the abbreviation LS with Ford America (sells the Lincoln LS) and Toyota (distributes the Lexus LS) the model range from the model year 2001 in L-series was renamed. The limousines were now offered as L100, L200, and L300, the vans were called henceforth LW200 and LW300.
After a revision in the autumn of 2002, the model designation for the Kombi was shortened parallel to the sedan on L200 and L300. The revised L-Series is recognizable by the modified front design. In order to simplify production, all extras except for the electric sliding roof were removed from the program as of the 2005 model year. The attention was focused on the line L300 (sedan and wagon), the L200 has already been taken with the 2004 model year of the program.
