For 2004-2008 Acura TSX models:

  • Turn the ignition to position (II) but do not start the engine,
  • Hold the SELECT and RESET buttons on the instrument panel for about 10 seconds until the indicator resets.
  • Turn the ignition off and then start the engine

For 2009-2014 Acura TSX models:

  • Turn the ignition to (II) and don’t start the engine.
  • Press the SEL/RESET button on the steering wheel repeatedly until engine oil life is displayed.
  • Press and hold the SEL/RESET button until the remaining engine oil life reset mode shown on the display.
  • Select RESET by pressing the INFO (▲/▼) button, then press the SEL/RESET button.
  • Turn the ignition off and then start the engine.
