The Lexicon MX400 is a dual stereo style reverb. It is a rackable unit that will only take one rack space and it has an LCD screen so you can create the reverb you want to work with. Factory Reset:

  • Press the [SYSTEM] button to access these menus.
  • Turn the [Page/ Select] knob to scroll down until “Factory Reset” menus appears.
  • Turn knob [C] until the “HOLD <STORE>” screen appears.
  • Press and hold the [STORE] button
