Easy Way To Reset Oil Life On Saturn Aura (2007-2010)

Good morning old car fan! So good to see ya! Today, we’re going to be resetting the oil life in a 2007 Saturn Aura. The procedure is like most Saturn cars, so you can follow along even if you have a different vehicle.
The Change Oil Soon notification will show on the display when the remaining oil life is low. After each oil change, you must reset the Oil Life display. I’m excited to show you guys how to do this, so let’s get started.
Here’s How You Reset Oil Life On Saturn Aura (2007-2010)
Time needed: 3 minutes
Alright, we’re in the Saturn Aura. We actually, it was not due for an oil change. We replaced the oil pan gasket so that the oil life would be reset. So let me show you how to go ahead and get this done.
- Put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position
It is necessary to turn on your car’s ignition switch while the motor is off
- Step on the GAS pedal 3 times
Then depress the GAS pedal three times all the way within three within ten seconds of turning the ignition on and the oil light will flash and confirm the reset
- Start the car
In order to make sure that the indicator is no longer shown, turn the key to OFF position and then start the engine
