When maintenance service is due, the Service minder or Spanner light will appear on the display. The service minder information display must be reset after performed the maintenance service on your vehicle. Follow the instructions below to reset the Service Minder light on your Mercedes-Benz E300:
- Turn the ignition to the ON position (II)
Do not start the engine!
- Press the ZERO button four times within four seconds
The button is located on the instrument cluster.
- Turn OFF the ignition

- Press and hold the ZERO button for 10 seconds
